Quick Mobile Improvements

Quick site patch today with a few quick improvements, especially for mobile users:

• Mobile changes:
  • Fix for the tag search box on game list page being inflexibly large, which was breaking some narrow mobile displays.
  • Images can be shown a bit wider on view list, which is helpful for narrow displays that only show one game at a time.
  • Reduce overlap of hamburger button colliding with header text on mobile.
  • Fix blank space on popup menu on mobile.
• All platform changes:
  • Fix error when editing art with no tags set.
